Writing neutral notes under time pressure

Time pressure changes how people write. Sentences get shorter, opinions creep in, and details get compressed into labels.

    Describe, don't label

"Raised voice, stood up twice during the conversation" says more than "agitated". Descriptions let the reader draw the same conclusion you did, rather than taking your word for it.

    Quote when it matters

If someone's exact words are important, write them down as said. Paraphrase is where meaning drifts.

    Write it the same day

Memory fades quickly. A short note written soon after is usually more accurate than a long one written later. Praxis Guard autosaves drafts so you can capture the essentials first and refine them when you have a moment.
